Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age at least 18 years and able to understand the Thai language 2. Dermatology residents or dermatology fellows 3. Participation in the training using the FAesthetics (web-based application)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who do not complete the study activities or post-intervention questionnaire 2. Inability to understand the Thai language 3. Refusal to provide informed consent for participation
