Mothers after cesarean section experience challenges in achieving successful breastfeeding in Thailand, with breastfeeding rates remaining below the targets established by the World Health Organization. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Maternal Factors 1.Mothers with severe postpartum complications or illnesses, such as postpartum hemorrhage requiring blood transfusion, infection, or severe postoperative complications. 2.Mothers with contraindications to breastfeeding, such as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection or substance abuse. 3.Mothers receiving medications that stimulate milk secretion, such as metoclopramide or domperidone. Infant Factors 1. Infants with feeding or swallowing difficulties, such as severe ankyloglossia (tongue-tie), cleft lip, or cleft palate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers and infants who are separated during the first 72 hours postpartum, such as infants with tachypnea, neonatal jaundice requiring phototherapy, or admission to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). 2.Mothers with grade 3 nipple fissures. 3.Participants who are unable to complete all procedures of the research protocol.
