Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 18 to 30 years 2. Sedentary lifestyle less than 150 minutes per week of moderate physical activity 3. Overweight defined as BMI greater than or equal to 25 kg per m2 or obese defined as BMI greater than or equal to 30 kg per m2 4. No regular exercise program in the past 3 months 5. No antioxidant or vitamin supplementation in the past 3 months 6. Non smoker and low alcohol consumption 7. Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, thyroid disorders, or other chronic illnesses 2. Psychiatric disorders (e.g., depression, insomnia) 3. Uncontrolled hypertension 4. Difficulty in blood sampling 5. Low back pain or history of spinal surgery
