Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Grade 1 students aged 6 to 7 years who are enrolled in a primary school under the Office of the Basic Education Commission are eligible to participate. 2. Participants must be physically healthy and able to take part in physical activity as judged by their classroom teacher and parents. 3. Written informed consent must be obtained from parents or legal guardians before participation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who attend less than 80 percent of the intervention sessions will be excluded. 2. Students who withdraw from the study at any time will be excluded. 3. Participants who are unable to complete all assessment procedures or have incomplete data will be excluded from the analysis.
