Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students aged 18 to 24 years and enrolled in any undergraduate program at IIUM Kuantan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1., History of being diagnosed with mental health problem and on treatment or follow up care. 2., Students who are not in IIUM campus during research
