Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 60 years or older Diagnosed with sarcopenia based on AWGS criteria Able to walk independently with or without assistive devices Mini Mental State Examination score 24 or higher Willing to participate and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular pulmonary or musculoskeletal conditions that limit physical activity Recent hospitalization or acute illness Participation in structured exercise or nutrition program within the past 3 months Severe depression with PHQ 9 score 21 or higher Cognitive or communication impairment affecting ability to follow instructions
