Interventions

This group consists of individuals with stroke whose data are retrospectively extracted from medical records at Naresuan University Hospital. Eligible participants must have complete assessment data,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with stroke and receiving care at Naresuan University Hospital. 2. Availability of assessment data including the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Thai version NIHSS T Barthel Index Thai version BI T and Modified Rankin Scale mRS at baseline and at follow up at 3 months and or 6 months in the medical records for retrospective data. 3. Participants in the prospective cohort must be able to communicate and follow at least two step commands. 4. Participants or their legal representatives must provide written informed consent prior to participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For retrospective cohort 1. Absence of medical record data related to NIHSS T BI T or mRS scores. 2. Incomplete data or inability to fully de identify personal information. For prospective cohort 1. Presence of musculoskeletal disorders such as fractures osteoarthritis or limb amputation that may affect participation.
