Adult patients aged 18 years or older who have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis by a physician and present with acute, subacute, or chronic skin inflammation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18 years or older who have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis by a physician based on standard clinical criteria (e.g., Hanifin and Rajka criteria); (2) Presence of acute, subacute, or chronic skin inflammation; and (3) Consent to blood collection for specific allergen testing (Specific IgE).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with concomitant skin diseases (e.g., contact dermatitis or psoriasis) may interfere with the accuracy of the DLQI (Dermatology Life Quality Index) score interpretation.
