Interventions

Participants received a daily dietary intervention consisting of 200 g of processed Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and 200 g of processed banana blossom (Musa balbisiana) for 14 consecutive days

20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breastfeeding mothers at 14 days postpartum 2. Practicing exclusive breastfeeding 3. Willing to participate and provide informed consent 4. Having a normal body mass index (BMI) 5. Free from infections and postpartum complications 6. Residing in the study area

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who withdrew from the study 2. Participants who did not complete the intervention protocol 3. Mothers who developed infections or postpartum complications during the study period
