Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 40 to 85 years , 2. unilateral or bilateral at least hard cataract grade 5
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ocular comorbidities affecting visual outcomes (example corneal, glaucomatous, or retinal disease), 2.prior intraocular surgery, 3.endothelial cell count less than 2000 cells per square millimetes, 4. inability to complete a 12 month follow up
