Conditions

First-time stroke patients Subacute stage of stroke (within 6 months post-stroke, categorized as intermediate care). Receiving outpatient rehabilitation at the Physical Therapy Department, Lampang Hospital. Aged 75 years or younger. Baseline gait speed of less than 0.6 meters per second as determined by the 10-Meter Walk Test (10MWT). Interventions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First-time stroke patients receiving outpatient rehabilitation at the Physical Therapy Department, Lampang Hospital. 2.Post-stroke duration within the first 6 months (subacute phase). 3.Aged 75 years or younger. 4.Walking speed of less than 0.6 m/s, as measured by the 10-Meter Walk Test (10MWT)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other neurological or musculoskeletal disorders that affect mobility.(e.g., Parkinson disease, arthritis, or severe joint deformities.) 2.Problems in the musculoskeletal system with a pain score greater than 5 out of 10 on a numerical pain rating scale. 3.Presence of dizziness or vertigo. 4.Severe spasticity, defined as a Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) score of 2 or greater. Uncorrected visual impairments. 5.uncontrolled underlying diseases (e.g., hypertension, heart disease and thyroid disease)

10- meter Walk test :10 MWT baseline , at 3 weeks and at 6 weeks of training. Measured in seconds./ Evaluates the quality of walking by recording of the time required to walk over the 4 m in the middle of the 10-m walkway at a comfortable speed .

Timed Up and Go Test (TUGT) baseline , at 3 weeks and at 6weeks of training. Measured in seconds/ Evaluates dynamic balance and fall risk by recording the time taken to stand, walk 3 meters, turn, and return to a seated position in a standard armchair.,Five Times Sit-to-Stand Test: FTSST baseline , at 3 weeks and at 6weeks. Measured in seconds/ Evaluates lower extremity muscle strength and dynamic balance control by recording the time required for a participant to stand up and sit down five times as fast as possible.,6-Minute Walk Test: 6MinWT baseline , at 6 weeks of training. Measured in meters./Evaluates functional endurance in ambulatory individuals with neurologic impairment.The test measured the longest distance walk in 6 minutes along a smooth rectangular walkway.
