Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 1-3 yrs. old 2. ASA Physical status 1-2 3. Undergoing unilateral inguinal hernia surgery at Nan hospital 4. Surgery under anesthesia technique : General anesthesia with LMA with Spontaneous ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obesity 2. Difficult airway is predicted 3. Allergy to Midazolam, Fentanyl, Propofol, Dexmedeetomidine, Bupivacaine, Acetaminophen, Ondansetron 4. Full stomach 5. Bradycardia
