Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase I 1. Age Range: 60-74 years old. 2. Able to communicate and understand Thai and local dialects. 3. Residency: Must live in Mueang District, Sakon Nakhon Province. 4. Voluntarily agrees to join the study. Phase II 1. Pre-frail or mildly frail status, defined by an Edmonton Frail Scale (EFS) score of 6-9. 2. Functionally independent, with normal ability to perform activities of daily living. 3. Voluntarily agrees to join the study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Phase I 1. Individuals with disabilities or functional impairments. 2. Diagnosed with end-stage renal disease, hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, autoimmune diseases, or cancer. 3. Acute illness (e.g., complicated cardiovascular conditions). Phase II 1. Cognitive impairment, defined as a Montreal Cognitive Assessment-Basic (MoCA-B) score <24. 2. Medical conditions limiting participation in exercise, such as complicated diabetes, acute ischemic heart disease, heart failure, severe hypertension, or severe knee osteoarthritis.
