35 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged between 35 and 59 years. 2. Diagnosed as a high-risk group for hypertension (Pre-hypertension) with blood pressure between 120/80 mmHg and 139/89 mmHg. 3. Residing in Sam Sung District, Khon Kaen Province. 4. Willing to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals already diagnosed with hypertension and currently on antihypertensive medication. 2. Having severe complications or other chronic diseases such as end-stage kidney disease or heart failure. 3. Physical or mental conditions that prevent communication or participation in community activities. 4. Plans to move out of the study area during the intervention period.
