Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing first-time thoracoscopic lung surgery (elective surgery with prior appointment). 2 Patients who are able to understand and communicate in Thai. 3 Patients or their caregivers who are able to use a smartphone for communication and have access to the internet or Wi-Fi. 4 Patients who have a caregiver to assist them in performing the program activities at home, particularly for elderly patients; the primary caregiver must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in Thai.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with mobility limitations due to underlying disease pathology or musculoskeletal/neurological impairments, such as stroke, myasthenia gravis, muscular atrophy, lower extremity injuries, or spinal cord injury. 2 Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung surgery combined with other surgical procedures that may affect postoperative recovery. 3 Patients diagnosed with psychiatric disorders prior to surgery, such as depression or schizophrenia. 4 Patients with a history of treatment for cancer in other organs with chemotherapy or radiotherapy within the past 3 months.
