Each subject will receive a 35-minute session of Traditional Thai Massage. The treatment will be administered 3 times per week for a total duration of 4 consecutive weeks (12 sessions in total).,Subje

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18-59 years olds. 2. Formally diagnosed with migraines. 3. Persistent migraine symptoms for at least 1 year. 4. Experienced a frequency of at least two migraine attacks per month during the past 3 months. 5. Pain severity score of 4 or higher on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with other types of headaches of unknown etiology. 2. Inability to clinically differentiate between migraine and tension-type headache. 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 4. History of any type of substance abuse. 5. Use of migraine prophylactic medication within the past 3 months. 6. Currently undergoing treatment with corticosteroids. 7. Severe systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, malignancy, and severe cerebrovascular or neurological disorders.
