Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Older adults aged 60 years and above, both male and female. 2.elective exploratory laparotomy involving the gastrointestinal system, including the stomach, liver, pancreas, spleen, small intestine, or colon. 3. Patients with a pre-scheduled surgery date at least one week in advance. 4. General Anesthesia. 5. Proficient in Thai communication and possess clear consciousness with no signs of cognitive impairment (defined as a Mini-Cog score more than 3). 6. No mobility limitations, indicated by an Activity of Daily Living score of 12 or higher. 7.Patients who have a smartphone and are capable of using the LINE application
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery 2.Postoperative Complications Patients transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) who cannot be weaned from mechanical ventilation within 72 hours post-surgery. 3.Patients experiencing persistent postoperative delirium for more than 72 hours, resulting in an inability to follow commands or a loss of clear consciousness (confirmed by a CAM-T assessment indicating Delirium). 4. Patients who develop severe postoperative complications that impede daily activities, such as respiratory failure, acute kidney injury (AKI), massive hemorrhage, or shock. 5.Patients requiring re-operation (re-exploratory laparotomy) or additional surgical interventions to correct complications arising from the initial surgery. 6.Voluntary Withdrawal
