Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Locally advanced or metastatic Adenocarcinoma Non small cell carcinoma by American joint Committee on Cancer (ACCC) 2. Age more than 18 year old 3. Diagnosed by histopathology or cytology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Small cell lung cancer 2.No histopathology or cytology 3.Lung cancer stage I-II 4.More than or equal to 2 types of cancer
