Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults aged 60 years and above residing in Pathum Thani Province. 2. Diagnosed with lower limb muscle weakness by a healthcare professional. 3. Having moderate functional dependence, defined as Activities of Daily Living (ADL) scores of 9 to 11. 4. Able to communicate in Thai and provide informed consent. 5.No severe cognitive impairment or conditions that limit participation in physical activity. 6. Willing to participate in the study and able to complete the intervention period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Older adults with severe cognitive impairment or diagnosed dementia. 2.Presence of severe medical conditions or comorbidities that may limit safe participation in physical activity (e.g., unstable cardiovascular disease, severe musculoskeletal disorders). 3. Individuals with neurological or physical disabilities that significantly impair mobility beyond lower limb muscle weakness. 4. Severe visual or hearing impairments that interfere with communication or participation. 5. Previous use of the leg support ring or similar assistive rehabilitation devices. 6. Inability or unwillingness to complete the study period.
