Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers responsible for patients aged 60 years or older undergoing surgery at Siriraj Hospital. 2. Caregivers aged 18 years or older. 3. Proficient in Thai communication, literate, and capable of completing the questionnaire independently. 4. Possess a communication device (such as a smartphone or tablet) and are capable of using the LINE application.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to communicate or lack of understanding of the Thai language. 2. Inability to independently use communication devices, such as smartphones or tablets, or the LINE application. 3. Inability to understand the questionnaire independently.
