35 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 35 to 85 years. 2. Physician-diagnosed hypertension for at least one year. 3. Able to participate physically and cognitively. 4. Willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with significant cardiac disease, such as unstable angina or recent myocardial infarction. 2. Pregnancy or planned pregnancy. 3. Any condition that prevents safe participation in an exercise program.
