Interventions

All surgical procedures were performed under local anesthesia The radiofrequency electrode was inserted under endoscopic guidance, and the energy was delivered to three different sites of each turbina

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral nasal obstruction due to turbinate hypertrophy which refractory to medical treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.previous nasal surgery 2.septal deformity, 3.sinusitis with or without nasal polyposis 4.history of systemic diseases. 5.age under 18 years
