Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Bilateral nasal obstruction due to turbinate hypertrophy which refractory to medical treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.previous nasal surgery 2.septal deformity, 3.sinusitis with or without nasal polyposis 4.history of systemic diseases. 5.age under 18 years
