Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the GOLD guidelines for the diagnosis of stable moderate-to-severe COPD 10, with a forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity FEV1/FVC less than 0.70 for confirmation, and FEV1% predicted between 30 percent and 80 percent to determine moderate-to-severe severity; (2) Age 18 years or older; (3) Patients able to cooperate with pulmonary function tests; (4) Adequate oxygenation: Oxygenation index greater than 150 mmHg with inhaled oxygen concentration 40 percent or less and positive end-expiratory pressure 5 cm H2O or less; (5) Hemodynamically stable; (6) Voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Mental or intellectual disabilities preventing normal communication; (2) Liver or kidney dysfunction; (3) Concurrent malignant tumors or end-stage disease (expected survival time <7 days); (4) Other respiratory diseases; (5) Poor compliance.
