Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 65-100 years at Siriraj Hospital undergoing surgery in the Departments of Surgery (general; head, neck, and breast; vascular; laparoscopic; plastic; cardiothoracic; urology), Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Ophthalmology, or Gynecology. 2. Patients admitted to the hospital postoperatively. 3. Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who decline participation. 2. Patients unable to communicate in or comprehend Thai, or with significant communication limitations (e.g., severe visual or hearing impairment, or endotracheal intubation). 3. Patients with a Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale (RASS) score of -4 or -5 prior to postoperative delirium assessment. 4. Patients with incomplete medical records, including key data on medical history, physical examination, anesthesia, surgery, nursing documentation, etc.
