Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged 18 years and older 2.Possess a personal smartphone and are capable of installing and using health applications 3.Have reliable internet access to connect with health applications 4.Proficient in reading and understanding the Thai language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed with a mental health disorder or currently undergoing psychiatric treatment or therapy 2.Currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study period 3.Diagnosed with cervical cancer 4.Having physical limitations that hinder the use of the application or completion
