Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years or older 2. Living in the community in Tha Sala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province 3. Living in a single-story house 4. Own a smartphone with internet access or have a caregiver who can assist with smartphone use 5. Able and willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have communication difficulties 2. Have cognitive impairment (6 Item Cognitive Impairment Test score >= 8) 3. Are bedridden (Barthel ADL Index score 0 to 4) 4. Have severe visual impairment assessed by Snellen chart 5. Use more than 4 medications associated with fall risk 6. Have neurological diseases such as stroke or Parkinsons disease 7. Have severe pain (pain score > 5)
