Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Having attended at least one NCD clinic visit within the past 6 months (active patient) 2. Diagnosed with hypertension for at least six months and on at least one antihypertensive medication 3. Owned a smartphone with an installed WhatsApp application and internet access 4. Able to read and understand Malay or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant woman 2. Individuals who are wheelchair-bound or have mobility limitations preventing participation in physical activity 3. Presence of severe psychiatric disorders, cognitive impairment, or other conditions that hinder their ability to provide reliable responses (e.g., dementia, schizophrenia). 4. Individuals with other comorbidities (Diabetes melitus, ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, renal impairment) 5. Critically ill or hospitalised at the time of data collection
