Participants receive high-dose manidipine 40 mg once daily for the treatment of proteinuric chronic kidney disease. The study evaluates the antiproteinuric effect of high-dose manidipine compared with

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease 2. Presence of proteinuria on laboratory testing 3. Receiving treatment with manidipine for blood pressure control 4. Available clinical data including urinary protein measurement and kidney function assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute kidney injury 2. Patients receiving dialysis or with end stage kidney disease 3. Patients with incomplete clinical data for urinary protein measurement 4. Patients receiving other medications that may significantly affect proteinuria 5. Patients with severe systemic illness or conditions affecting kidney function
