Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai nationals aged 18 to 60 years with a BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m2, 2. Attended the Hospital for Tropical Diseases or participated in mobile health checkups 3. Able to read and complete a Thai-language questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a BMI of more than or equal to 25.0 kg/m2 or less than 18.5 kg/m2 2. Pregnant women identified through self-report or a pregnancy screening test 3. Individuals with a self-reported history of alcohol consumption within 24 hours prior to the examination
