Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age ranges from 18 years old and above, 2.Complete permanent dentition, 3.At least one side with group function occlusion, 4.Intact mandibular premolars and first molar occlusal surfaces on ipsilateral side of group function occlusion, including, absence of restoration on occlusal surfaces and implant-supported crowns., 5.No sign of temporomandibular disorder, 6.Skeletal class I

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mal-alignment, including, moderate to severe crowding (more than 3 mm of mal-alignment) and occlusal interferences, 2.Presence of partially erupt tooth which may interfere the normal occlusion, 3.Acute or chronic temporomandibular disorders, 4.Other factors that could potentially affect the movement of the mandible (such as trismus, local trauma, lateral pharyngeal space infection, etc.), 5.High tooth mobility
