60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged more than 60 years 2. Patients who required treatment for primary femoral neck fracture 3. Patients who underwent cementless bipolar hemiarthroplasty using an anterolateral approach 4. Patients enrolled starting from January 2024 5. Patients who were able to walk independently or with a gait aid for at least 10 meters prior to sustaining the fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diseases that affect the ability to exercise, including: * Severe cardiovascular disease * Severe respiratory disease * Neuromuscular disease * Psychiatric disease * Dementia or cognitive impairment 2. Patients with postoperative complications that adversely affect the ability to exercise
