Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Professional nurses currently working at Prapokklao Hospital. 2. Have at least one year of work experience at Prapokklao Hospital. 3. Possess basic computer and internet literacy skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently on study leave, maternity leave, or long-term sick leave. 2. Unable to participate in all activities as required by the program. 3. Holding positions as research experts or serving as instructors/lecturers directly in the field of research.
