Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parkinson's disease 2. Hoehn and Yahr Scale stage I-III 3. Aged 55-85 4. Unassisted walking longer than 10 m 5. Mild cognitive impairment 6. No severe vision or hearing impairment 7. Mini-Mental State Examination> 26

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Epilepsy 2. Malignancy 3. History of stroke 4. Diabetic neuropathy, Peripheral Arterial Occlusive Disease, or Cardiovascular diseases affect walking 5. Metal implants 6. Dementia
