Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male children age of 6-15 2.Scheduled for elective circumcision 3. Informed consent from parent and guardian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.baseline mental disease 2 delay development 3. Can not identified pain level 4. Failure to complete follow-up
