Participants will undergo laser treatment using KTP laser device with the following parameters: wavelength 532 nm, submicro mode, pulse width 10 ms, fluence 4 J/cm2, spot size 14 mm, pulse rate 2 - 4

30 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 30 - 60 years, both male and female 2. Presence of bilateral facial melasma 3. Thai individuals of Asian ethnicity 4. Diagnosed by a physician with epidermal-type or mixed-type melasma based on clinical examination
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals 2. Presence of facial skin eruptions or dermatitis 3. History of hormone use or contraceptive use within the past 3 months 4. History of facial laser treatment within the past 6 months 5. Received topical or oral treatment for melasma within the past 3 months 6. Received laser treatment for melasma on the face within the past 3 months 7. Volunteers with diagnosed psychiatric disorders confirmed by a psychiatrist
