Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients with T2DM 2. Ability to read and write in Arabic 3.Ability to use a mobile phone with an active WhatsApp account.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had mental disorders 2. Patients who had loss of capacity to care for themselves 3. Patients with certain medical disorders, such as cerebrovascular disease, severe kidney diseases, cancer, intellectual disabilities, visual impairments caused by T2DM, anemia, gestational diabetes, and T1DM
