Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective open nephroureterectomy. 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I to III. 3. Willingness to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal. 2. Allergy or hypersensitivity to local anesthetics or ketorolac. 3. Coagulopathy or bleeding disorders. 4. Local infection at the needle puncture site. 5. Severe renal or hepatic impairment. 6. Inability to communicate properly or use the patient controlled analgesia device.
