Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with infectious corneal ulcer, requiring admission to Songklanagarind Hospital 2. Symptom onset for the current ulcer within 4 weeks prior 3. Able and willing to provide written informed consent; including age >= 18 years old and able to communicate 4. Able to complete the baseline patient-reported outcome questionnaire independently or with assistance through an interviewer-administered format.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not willing or unable to attend study follow-up visits 2. Presence of a severe psychiatric disorder that may impair the capacity of the participation to complete the questionnaire
