Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic vascular wound(Arterial,Venous or mixed etiology) 2.Documented negative wound culture 3.Wound area >= 2 CM2 4.Consented autologous PRP 5.No platelet dysfunction(Platelet count > 100k)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Infected wound 2.Malignant wound 3.Depth of wound involved bone tendon 4.Pregnancy 5.Ongoing chemotherapy treatment 6.Severe renal and hepatic failure 7.Previous treatment of PRP
