Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional community health nurses (CHNs) currently working in Iraqi health centers who provide written informed consent and can commit to all three assessment time points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are not professional CHNs, those who refuse or withdraw consent, or those who cannot complete the longitudinal follow-up sessions
