Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with STEMI and treated with primary PCI 2. Discharged with left ventricular ejection fraction 50% or above 3. Enrolled in outpatient follow-up under a Shared-Care system at Pattaya Bhattamakun Hospital, Chonburi 4. Follow-up period of 365 days post-discharge between 2021 and 2025
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Left ventricular ejection fraction below 50% at discharge 2. Incomplete medical records 3. Transferred out of the hospital service area for follow-up care 4. In-hospital death prior to discharge
