Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age >18 2. diagnosed with de quervain's tenosynositis from clinical 3. never been treated for quervain's tenosynositis prior to enrollment 4. available for 6 week followup

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindicated for corticosteroid injection 2.Previously treated for De Quervain's tenosynovitis by steroid injection/surgery prior to this visit 3.Traumatic/malignancy cause for wrist pain 4. not available for follow up 6. open wound/infection at injection site
