Eligibility

Age
40 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female grandparents (grandmothers) aged 40 to 59 years 2) Having at least one grandchild aged 0 to 10 years. 3) Serving as the primary caregiver responsible for daily childcare for at least 6 months 4) Having blood pressure levels in the prehypertension range (systolic blood pressure 120 to 139 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure 80 to 89 mmHg) 5) Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Having been medically diagnosed with hypertension and/or currently taking antihypertensive medication 2)Having an acute illness (e.g., influenza or COVID-19 infection) 3. Being unable to participate in the main research activities

Blood pressure (systolic and diastolic blood pressure) Assessments will be conducted at three time points: baseline (Week 0), immediately after the intervention (Week 8), and at follow-up (Week 12) Physical Examination ,Health behaviors, including adherence to the DASH diet, physical activity, and stress management Baseline (Week 0), immediately after the intervention (Week 8), and at follow-up (Week 12) A structured interview questionnaire (approx. 30 minutes)
