Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Institutional Level To be eligible for the study, a center must meet the following criteria 1 Be a recognized medical facility providing specialized care for patients with epilepsy. 2 Currently offer active epilepsy surgery services for the pediatric population (age less than 18 years). 3 Be located within Thailand Informant Level (The Experts) Individuals invited to participate as site investigators must fulfill the following 1 Board certified pediatric neurologist 2 Hold a position with direct responsibility for resource management, clinical operations, or surgical programs within the pediatric epilepsy unit. 3 Possess the authority to provide institutional data regarding facilities, equipment, and human resources. 4 Willing to participate in the survey and subsequent data validation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Specialists who are unable to provide at least 80% of the core facility data required
