Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 60 to 75 years, 2. Male or female patients who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide written informed consent, 3. Patients able to communicate in Thai language or have a caregiver to assist with medication administration and follow up, 4. Patients diagnosed with closed fracture of the upper extremities including shoulder arm elbow wrist hand or finger confirmed by an orthopedic physician, 5. Patients with fractures managed with non surgical standard treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Adverse symptoms related to Arnica 200C or Symphytum 30C such as severe pain, 2. Patients requiring hemodialysis, 3. History of chronic liver disease or chronic kidney disease, 4. Fracture involving skull or thoracic region, 5. Abnormal liver or renal function based on physician diagnosis and laboratory tests, 6. History of severe allergic reaction
