Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age above 18 years 2.With history of aortic diseases including dissection and/or aneurysm 3.Have DIC features according to ISTH DIC criteria: Platelet below 150,000/uL, fibrinogen below 150 mg/dL, and D-dimer above 500 mg/dL
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other DIC causes
