21 Years to 29 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Male new military conscripts 2 PHQ9 score between 7 to 18 indicating mild to moderate depressive symptoms 3 Able to read write and communicate in Thai language 4 Willing to participate and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Prior psychiatrist diagnosed major depressive disorder 2 Other psychiatric disorders
