Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years or older 2. Histopathologically confirmed head and neck squamous cell carcinoma 3. Underwent pretreatment evaluation prior to concurrent chemoradiotherapy at Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital during Oct 2014 to Oct 202

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prevalent tuberculosis treated before cancer diagnosis or before pretreatment evaluation 2. HIV infection 3. Strong immunosuppressive drugs at baseline such as systemic corticosteroids or chemotherapy
