18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 yrs 2. Spinal stenosis with radiculopathy and correlation with MRI 3. Failed conservative after physical therapy after 6 wks (VAS decrease less than 15)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to lidocaine, opioid, or other medications which in same as previous group 2. Previously treat with epidural steroid injection or spinal surgery 3. Any clinical indication for surgery 4. Malignant neoplasm or infection invole spine 5. Uncontrolled underlying disease 6. Pregnancy or breastfeeding status 7. Morbid obesity
