60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 60-80 years, 2. at least 6 years of formal education, 3. fluency in Thai with adequate hearing and vision, 4. right handedness, 5. MoCA score 22-26, 6. HADS score less than 11, 7. absence of dementia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.uncontrolled comorbidities such as cardiovascular disease, stroke, cancer, or severe psychiatric illnesses, 2. GDS score 10 or higher, 3. medical contraindications to exercise, 4. history of substance abuse or brain injury, 5. concurrent participation in other trials, 6. use of cognition altering medications, 7. regular moderate to high intensity exercise within the preceding six months.
